These Terms govern access to PickleSmashBall, a product of RCO Communications LLC. By using the service, you agree to follow these Terms and applicable law.

2. Player Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not share passwords or attempt to access another player’s account.

3. Fair Play

You may not exploit bugs, manipulate matches or leaderboards, automate unauthorized gameplay, interfere with service operation, or use cheats or unauthorized software to obtain an unfair advantage.

4. Virtual Items

Coins, gems, rewards, entitlements and other virtual items are licensed digital features of the service, not cash or bank deposits. They may not be sold or transferred except where the service expressly permits it.

5. Purchases

Purchases made through mobile platforms are also subject to the applicable store’s terms, billing rules and refund processes. We may verify store transactions before granting digital content.

6. Advertising and Rewards

The service may offer advertising or rewarded advertising. Reward eligibility and grants are determined by PickleSmashBall systems and may require successful verification of the applicable ad or game event.

7. Availability and Changes

Features, game balance, supported platforms, virtual items and online services may change as PickleSmashBall develops. We may suspend features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or service integrity.

8. Intellectual Property

PickleSmashBall names, software, game systems, graphics, branding and related content are owned by or licensed to RCO Communications LLC except where otherwise stated.

9. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, security threats, or unlawful conduct. Players may request account deletion through the published deletion process.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided subject to applicable law and may experience interruptions or errors. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. The current version will remain available at this public URL.
